Domaine Pero Longo

Le domaine Pero Longo fonctionne entièrement en biodynamie depuis l’an 2000 et donne la priorité aux cépages corses. Les vignes sont cultivées sans ajout d’engrais et sans utilisation de pesticides.

La vinification elle-même est sans levurage, enzymage, ni aucun autre adjuvant. Les vins ainsi obtenues sont complexes, riches et longs en bouche.
